With all the talk that Krissy and I have been doing talking about moving and about affording a house and all that good stuff, there are other plans we have been talking about sporadically that haven’t really been the main focus of conversations as of yet. Those plans are of kids, and what happens when or if we have them and all the things that comes along with kids. We’ve also talked about if we did have kids what would happen to them when we died. This of course led to talking about what we were to do if the other died.
We want to make it simple for the probate lawyers to be able to divide our property to family and loved ones, while keeping our wishes along with theirs in the best interest. I mean some people may see this as morbid, but the fact is that these are just life plans, for in case something happens. Life goes on and you need to make sure that your bases are covered and that you have everything set as to how you would like it when your gone.
The most important thing you can do is find a good lawyer. Someone who won’t try to stiff people out of money when your gone and someone who won’t end up screwing you or your family. Morris, Hall & Kinghorn is an Arizona firm that will make sure your wishes are fulfilled to the best of their ability.
