  1. Yeah, I believe that it is the company’s responsibility to notify the affected people about the change in the TOS… =/ Maybe it was in a forum or something on their site? (No, I haven’t checked out their site or anything, so I don’t even know if they have anything like that.) Because that’s what HostGator does… I don’t think they e-mailed people about it… =/
