Adbrite changed their TOS recently and never notified me, or anyone for the matter. Now many companies feel that it is the user’s responsibility to check the TOS for changes, but according to a court it is the companies responsibility to notify changes in the TOS. They disabled my ads until they get around to reactivating them. I had to change the format because they failed to contact me. I am sure that I could sue and get compensation, but I won’t. I am just informing everybody of what happened and maybe helping someone who has a problem like this.

Yeah, I believe that it is the company’s responsibility to notify the affected people about the change in the TOS… =/ Maybe it was in a forum or something on their site? (No, I haven’t checked out their site or anything, so I don’t even know if they have anything like that.) Because that’s what HostGator does… I don’t think they e-mailed people about it… =/
