Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is a remaster of the Dead Rising game that came out in 2006. It was developed by Capcom and NeoBards Entertainment. The game was published digitally by Capcom on September 19, 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. It received a physical release on November 8, 2024.

Frank West is a photojournalist who discovers something weird going on in Willamette, Colorado. After photographing zombies from a helicopter, he lands at a local mall where he has 72 hours to find out what exactly is going on. At which time, the helicopter will return and leave the area forever, with or without Frank.

While in the mall, he discovers some DHS agents who are after Carlito, a terrorist determined to get revenge for a zombie outbreak brought about by the US in Santa Cabeza. Carlito is killed, but Frank promises that the world would know what happened in Santa Cabeza. After Frank brings survivors to safety, including Isabella, Carlito’s sister, he waits for the helicopter to return, but it crashes when a zombie kills the pilot. Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security decided that they had to isolate the town and kill everyone in it, zombie or otherwise.

Isabella discovers that Frank is infected and needs a cure, as he’s out gathering the supplies, he discovers a tunnel where the the helicopter crashed. Once Isabella cures him, they find that Carlito infected children who are just ticking time bombs and are all over the country. The two make their way to the tunnels and find one last obstacle in their way. Frank must defeat a Brock Mason, who commanded the Santa Cabeza operation. Once Brock is knocked into a horde of zombies, Frank and Isabella escape and the story of Willamette and Santa Cabeza is made public.
