I got addicted to the Mafia Wars app on Myspace. Not only is it fun to play, but it is also a really good way to add new friends. I am trying to find other games that encourages you to add friends so that I can get my friend count up high again so when I add a blog or something then people will see it. I don’t know if this is a good way to actually add a lot of friends for long term, but I do know that I have added over 300 friends in the last few days, so hopefully maybe I can do a hundred a day or so between me adding people and others adding me. I spent over $600 on my car today. I am sick of paying for all these repairs. I am just hoping that this is the last one for a while, I know I need an oil change so maybe in a few weeks I will have that done. It has been over three months I believe, but not over 3000 miles, so I should be okay for a week or two until I have disposable income again. If only I could get a high paying client, then this whole thing would be a lot easier. Don’t get me wrong I love what I do and I love having money come in every few days or so, but it is just nice when a two thousand dollar job comes in and you can just bank all the money. At least once Krissy gets a paycheck we won’t be so dependent on my earnings, I will be able to take time off without worrying about how things will get paid and maybe I will be able to afford to keep my car then, maybe get a paint job on it, a new engine when it needs it, I love my car, I just am tired of all the work that it seems to need every year or so.

I installed the Myspace crossposting WordPress plugin and I am trying to see how well it works. If everything goes well then this will be the first blog that will show up under my Myspace name. Hopefully it will help drive traffic to my site.

I have been trying to come up with more interesting video posts, but so far I have been unable to come up with any ideas. As most of you know, my Myspace for my site has been deleted and with it goes my video for St Patrick’s Day, until I can get to the computer in Delaware and upload it somewhere else. My problem isn’t just with the lack of ideas for new videos, it is the trouble that it causes to make them. I have been trying to figure out some of the more complicated programs, but so far I find the easy ones like Blaze Media Pro Multimedia Software provide me with everything I need to do. They let me edit videos, transfer AVI to WMV, and if I ever got my Xbox hooked up to a video capture computer it would greatly prove to be a powerful tool in that department. After I get some ideas, I will use it to edit the video and get it online quickly.

I have replaced the radiator twice already on my car and it seems that I am going to be doing it again. I told the mechanic that it has been replaced already and he said that he is going to run a diagnostic test to see if anything else is wrong since you shouldn’t need to replace the radiator three times in three years. Hopefully they don’t find anything seriously wrong with it and it is going to be the last major piece that I need to replace.

It sucks since I just got money from a client that I have been waiting for payment from for a few months and now it goes into the car. I hope with Krissy’s working we will finally be able to start saving and have a bank account and all the other things a normal couple have, like a place to live.

Krissy has been looking at used car dealerships to try and find a car. Eventually she is going to need one of her own since she is going to be working and will need it to get to work. It is fine that she uses mine for a while, but eventually I would like to have my freedom to come and go as I please, while she is at work. I might just give her my car if I could afford a nice new car, maybe a Jaguar or a new Civic Hybrid. Of course if we could afford that then we could afford to get an apartment.

I have no idea what I am doing for school. There’s a lot of things that I don’t know yet, like what school, or even if I want a degree or a certificate. There’s also the fact that I need to figure out how to pay for it. Hopefully I can come up with some more answers in the coming weeks. For now I am just going to search for answers and do what I can to figure things out.

Last night I was looking up the Nassau County College’s class list and major list. I haven’t been able to figure out exactly what I want to go back for yet, but I know that I want to get back to school within the next year. I might not go to Nassau though, I am still not sure if I want to attempt the calculus course considering I wasn’t able to pass a trigonometry course, so I might need to redefine my focus, or find out where I can just get a certificate in computer science and not necessarily a degree.

I know Krissy is going to like when I finally go back to school because then she can go back to school shopping. For some reason she loves school shopping, even if she isn’t the one going to school. She has a weird fetish for File folders, notebooks, and pens.

One mistake I wouldn’t make this time around is the confusion with notebooks. I would invest in a Dymo label maker to keep track of my notebooks, since I usually keep them all in my car unless I need them to study, do homework, or take notes. I could also use it on folders and binders so it doesn’t get confusing. I am also sure that I could find other things to use the label maker for.

I have spent the last two days editing 173 images on top of working trying to integrate PHPBB and Social Engine into one nice package. The cool part about the 173 images? They will soon be the beginning of a new part of the Funbox. What comes next is the coding of the section, which I think I am going to try and sort them up into categories before I put them live, I just need to figure out how the categories will be split up. I am going to start that now.

Isaac Hayes (South Park) and Bernie Mac (The Bernie Mac Show) have both died since the last time I blogged. I am shocked at both of these deaths, I mean neither of them had been in the news of being sick lately and when I go to CNN the last few days the biggest headline is that they were dead. I always had hoped that Hayes would make up with the South Park guys and go back to being on the show, but I guess his religion was more important than that. My thoughts go out to both of their families.

They are banning GTA4 in Thailand because a kid killed a taxi driver and then blamed it on GTA4. How about instead of blaming the video games, you blame someone who is actually at fault? The parents, the school, or how about we stretch it and blame it on the stupid son of a bitch who committed the crime? How is blaming a video game a get out of jail free card? It is just a game, it is not meant to be mimicked or copied in anyway. You never see kids mimicking the parts of the game where you kill criminals, no it is always where they kill innocent people.

I guess I can understand that some people need help when it comes to weight loss. That is why people get the lapband surgeon. It puts a band around your stomach so that you can’t intake as much food as you normally would. Some places that do this surgery is more capable at making the patients comfortable than others, whether it be with bigger beds, or bigger gowns, some places just try more.
