The WGA and Marvel solved their dispute a few weeks ago, and why shouldn’t they? The comic book industry is half writers and the other half are illustrators, so it makes sense that they would be the first ones to settle their differences. Since then it has been reported that the Venom spinoff movie is moving along nicely. I can’t wait for it, but I hope they make some much needed changes in the movie that should have been in Spiderman 3.
First he needs to have the tongue. That is partly what makes Venom, Venom. Secondly, if Spiderman is in the movie then have it explain how Venom can fight him without being sensed, and why he has all the powers of Spiderman.
They should continue the story after Spiderman 3 and not start over. Maybe right before the explosion Venom swung off, maybe Brock Eddie Brock Jr. is dead, but Eddie Brock Sr. gets the symbiote (a stretch I know), but don’t have it start over. I think it would be cool to see maybe Iron Man show up and use some sonar on him like he did in the cartoon.
In any case, I am anxiously awaiting this movie.
I think Spiderman is more great than Iron Man. I just saw Iron Man 2 and is horrible.
