Warning post may gross you out
I really need to start eating better. I’ve decided that maybe it isn’t a lack of exercise, but a lack of eating nutritious food. I woke up today with violent poopage, and I have decided that it is most likely due to the things I eat. So I am going to stop drinking so much soda (right now I have eight cans of finished soda on my desk) and start drinking water. I figure when I pick up Halo 3 (I’m leaving on Monday at 11:30 PM), I can go to Superfresh and get some water. Then I can drink water all day while I am playing, instead of the soda I would normally consume. I figure I drink more soda than anything, so I would instantly start to cleanse my system by drinking a couple bottles a day, plus I probably wouldn’t be so thirsty.
