The hard drive came today. I was a little shocked that it was a SATA when I swore that it was an EIDE one, but nonetheless it was a pleasent surprise. I am guessing that my motherboard can only hold three hard drives considering that I plugged in it with the one I was going to take out (an EIDE one) and it only recognizes two of the EIDE ones and the SATA one. I swore I had more in there, but I guess I didn’t. Once it is done formatting the new drive though (75 gigabytes for the music and 390 gigabytes for other things) I am going to reboot and see if I can get the other drive working as well, if I can then I may just use the 75 gigabytes as another drive for things that shouldn’t necessarily go into my documents drive.

I have a 250 GB harddrive, and I’ve only used half of it. That’s a whole lotta HD space you’ve got!
Sean, you should buy me a new hdd and install it for me. I’ve never done it, I don’t know how.
I’m stuck with a measly 160GB that I’m always filling up, having to put all my shit on dvd’s and delete it. And 75 gigs solely devoted to music? Damn, I’m only at 40 gigs, and I thought I had a lot. Unless… do you take the elitist approach and only listen to lossless FLAC?
heh
GEEEEEEEEZ! That is a HELLA a lot of space! I wished I had that much!!!! Hehe.
