I’ve been going through different hosts looking at their terms of service trying to find out what is the best host and what I can do on each host and what I can’t. So far I haven’t found anything where I would be able to switch everything over to a new host, without getting a server. For the hosts that I am not sure if I can do what I want or not, I look at their forums and see what people are saying and what type of sites they host. I try to avoid any forums where people are just asking simple questions like what is html or anything like that, but so far nothing has come up with what I need.

i have a great host i have unlimited space for 12$ a year but i don’t have a private server.
in response to your reply i have 10,000mb of bandwidth.I am trying to remember the url of their site and when i do i will let you know.
http://www.3ix.org/ is the url for my provider even though it says 5gb i have unlimited space
Will you still be able to run a Proxy? I say get a VPS or something, they really aren’t that expensive baby.
