Barrack Obama spoke in one of his speeches about how anyone can be an entrepreneur with the internet. Since I heard him say that I have been thinking a lot about it. It was brought up on the radio a few days ago in regards to music. For a while I have been thinking about making this an official business, but I had no idea what I would do or how to use it. I think I have figured it out though, I would use it as a consulting firm. Basically if I did that I could use it for anything, building computers, blogging income, ad income, income from other things, and most of what I purchased would be tax deductible as long as I used it for the business.
Credit card processing wouldn’t be necessary for what I have right now, but if it ever got to the point of this being my only business, then I could offer it for selling scripts, or Flash stuff, or anything really. Making Lep’s Lair Consulting would be a good move, I just don’t know if it is the right move for right now. For one I would need to be able to register the paperwork to start my own legitimate business, which means I would need start up capital. I might be able to get a loan, but I don’t know since I have no official training or experience. A business needs money, even if it is in the form of loans, that way they can gain merchandise or parts or whatever it is the business would need. In my case it would be the money to start it up and maybe some more training in Flash, signs for my car, and business cards. Maybe one day I will, but for right now all this nis just a dream.
