No surprise that when I called up the XBox support center they told me that they will send a box for it. I just need for the box to show up. The call went as expected, talked to an Indian guy whose name was Ben and had me troubleshoot the 360 and then told me that there was nothing he could do over the phone and he would send a box for it to be shipped to them in.
What surprised me was the automated message system that they had set up. The first thing that I heard was “Thank you for calling the Xbox support center. My name is Mac and I will be assisting you today.” Now this is a recording to help get you to the right person for your call, but in my head all I was thinking was “My name is PC and Vista is giving me problems.” If you don’t know what I am referring to than either you live outside the US or you just simply don’t watch television and have no idea what a Mac vs PC commercial is. If this is the case then I suggest you sit your tightly firmed buttox on the couch grab a back of chips and start channel surfing like the rest of America.
