I have 2 sites I need to get the ball rolling on, 2 others that need to be done, I have nothing done for Leps Lair or Lepcode, my new business based site. I am thinking about doing a new blog over there for business related ventures, of course this blog would pretty much stay the staff blog or whatever thiis will officially become. I have a few ideas, I just need to execute them. I have a lot of ideas that I haven’t had time or inspiration to execute.
No word on the surgery for mom yet. I think they may be calling tomorrow. I guess depending on when it is, recovery time, time she’ll be in the hospital, etc will determine when we go home and either rest for a few days and come back, or just go home and stay there. There is just a lot of unknown at the moment and it sucks.
I am lucky that Kris and I don’t have conventional jobs where we need to be there, otherwise I think this whole thing would be a hell of a lot harder to deal with. I don’t want to deal with it either way obviously, but it is what it is I guess.
I was goolging to find do follow blog and found your blog.
I am sorry to hear that your mother is silk, wish she will get well soon.
God bless your mother!!!
I know this entry was from a while ago, but I hope there were some progress in the medical aspect for your mother, hospital wise (seems like there was, looking at your Twitter feed updates). Hospitals, especially big ones, are very frustrating, and almost too slow most of the time. I had to deal with them so much in the past year and a half, I completely understand the frustration.
I hope all works out for your mother.
And I completely understand about ideas not being executed. I had a layout update that I’ve been trying to code/finish designing for a month now, and I’m so close to just giving up. Meanwhile, I decided to randomly open a blog on a whim a few days ago, and when my friend finishes the illustrations for it, and I finish putting in the content, I’ll be done with that one. Strange how motivations work.
