High on Life is a first person shooter game. The game was developed and published by Squanch Games. It was released on December 13, 2022 for Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The Playstation 4 and PS5 got the game on July 22, 2023. The game was released on May 6, 2025 for the Nintendo Switch. The Switch 2 got the game on August 28, 2025.

Humans are drugs, at least according to the G3 Cartel. Who are the G3 Cartel you ask? The aliens that invaded earth.
With earth being invaded, it’s up to you to take over being a bounty hunter from Gene and then along with your friends, take back the earth. Your team consists of a bunch of sentient weapons lead by Kenny. Kenny has a secret though, he accidentally exposed his home world to these cartel, which lead to its destruction.
After you fight your way through the lower members, you finally get to the leader of the Cartel, Garmantuous. You finally defeat him by planting a bomb inside of him.
High on Knife is the only DLC that came out for the game.
Two years after the initial invasion, you are a full fledged bounty hunter. After Knifey sees a notice about an undelivered package from his planet, you and the team head out to Peroxis, a salt covered planet. Once you have a new weapon, you’re infested with a parasite named Gary and are forced to do factory labor.
After seeing the company is harvesting humans, you overcome Gary and rebel. Once you defeat the CEO, Mux. After he’s defeated, Knifey decides to go home to Australia-II, but discovers he’s been exiled for excessive violence. He massacred his species in retaliation. He soon comes back to the team and vows to return to Peroxis for unfinished business.
