Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery is a compilation of the Frog Detective games. It includes The Haunted Island, a Frog Detective Game, Frog Detective 2: The Case of the Invisible Wizard, and Frog Detective 3: Corruption at Cowboy County. The game came out on October 27, 2022 for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Windows, MacOS, and Nintendo Switch. The Frog Detective series was developed by independent developers Grace Bruxner and Thomas Bowker under their company Worm Club. Worm Club also published the game along with SUPERHOT Team.
The Haunted Island, a Frog Detective Game
You are Frog Detective, an up and coming detective with dreams of being the next Lobster Cop. Lobster Cop is currently the number one detective. One day Frog Detective gets a call from the supervisor about a haunted island. Once going to the island and talking to all the people there and seeing a mysterious mole, you find out what the ghost really is. The island isn’t haunted at all, it’s just Finley in a cave preparing for the dance party.
Frog Detective 2: The Case of the Invisible Wizard
After returning to the office you get another from the supervisor, this time about a destroyed parade in Warlock Woods. When getting there you interview everyone to discover who destroyed the parade, but find out it was all an accident caused by the invisible wizard, the new resident who the parade was for. They forgave her and the parade happens. When getting back to the office the supervisor calls and says you must leave right away for a new case n Cowboy County. After leaving, your notebook is stolen.
Frog Detective 3: Corruption at Cowboy County
When getting to Cowboy County, you discover that someone has stolen all the hats in town. Since this is such a big case, you must work with Lobster Cop and the town’s newly appointed sheriff, Mason Mole. Once you find the hats buried in the graveyard, Lobster Cop calls a town meeting. At the meeting a photo of Frog Detective is shown with the hats and he is put in the bad room for stealing the hats.
Luckily he is allowed to have a computer in the room and uses it to blog about being framed. This makes Mystery Monkey, a character you meet in the first game, get in touch with the supervisor to explain what happened. Together they discover that it is really Lobster Cop and Mason Mole who framed him. They decide to become post men, leaving Mystery Monkey to be the number one detective for solving this case.
Two weeks later, Monkey throws a birthday party for Frog where everyone from the games, including Lobster Cop, who now goes by Lobster Postie. During the credits the characters are shown including the things that they’ve been up to.
