A Plague Tale of Innocence is a tale of siblings who are on the run from the English Army during the black plague
Set in 1348 during the height of the black plague, you control 15 year old Amicia de Rune who is trying to run from the English Army while protecting her brother both from them and the plague. Through their journey, it’s discovered that her brother’s blood had an evil in it that started manifesting into special powers, including the ability to control the plague rats. Once they discover that their mother is alive and being held captive, the children go and rescue her before going off and finding a new home.
