Last week I had bronchitis and this week I’m sick again. It sucks. I woke up about an hour ago and I kind of just want to go to bed, but I have things to do. UGH.
Oh well at least I have the season finale of Lost tonite to look forward to.
A few weeks ago while I was at my aunt’s house I got got introduced to poker. Ever since then I’ve been obsessed. Even when I was away this past weekend, most of my time and money went into poker machines. Now I can get my fix at home with Mac Poker Online.
I’ve been to quite a few online poker sites, and I haven’t found one that I liked until now. My preference for poker is Texas Holdem, mainly because that is the first one I’ve played, and this site offers that. They also offer a wide range of rules and tips for playing and winning at poker.

Did anyone else hear that Jared from Subway used to rent porn out of his college dorm and was actually making a really good living at it? Apparently a college friend says that he would rent out porn for a dollar a day and he would take the money he’d earn and go down to the first floor of his building to where Subway was and buy food. He said that Jared was too lazy to go anywhere else because it was too far.
Now I don’t really care much about the pornography, to each his own and honestly I am not against porn in any sense and regaurding the fact that he was too lazy to go anywhere else, who hasn’t felt that way at times? My problem with this, is that this guy is trying to ruin Jared’s reputation as the Subway guy. I mean this guy sounds like a real prick that is jealous of his reputation and wants to ruin him for all he’s worth. I hate people like that.
I didn’t win anything, in fact I pretty much lost everything I went up with. That’s okay though because I had fun. It was relaxing and really just what I needed after these last few stressful weeks.
The Halo 3 beta hit Live today. I am loving it. The graphics are what you’d expect from a 360 game, even if they aren’t fully polished yet. The games offer a nice variety to what Halo 2 offered and the enhancements like the man cannon add a lot of fun to the mix.
The game comes out September 25th and I will definitely be one of those idiots outside a store at midnight to pick up the game.
The weekend away is finally here. We’re leaving tomorrow and coming back with on Monday. We’re going to Atlantic City for the weekend. Hopefully I will be richer when I return.
Next week also marks the beginning of the Halo 3 Beta. I have been waiting for this for months. It may be just what I need to hold myself over until November when Halo 3 comes out. Hopefully next week I will be making some purchases that will make me a very happy man. I have not played as many video games as I would have liked recently, with school and such, but after this weekend I should be able to be a little more evened out.
I will hpopefully be getting around to returning comments sometime next week, all my regulars haven’t heard from me, and I am really behind with all that.
I saw Spiderman 3 last night and let me tell you that it was awesome. There were some parts that were like why is that there (like the Sandman). I must admit that Venom wasn’t done the best he could have been, but it was done pretty decent. The story comes full circle in this one, tying up the loose ends that was brought about in the first two.
The studio has said that Spiderman 3 isn’t the last, whether or not the original director and cast come back for more is still remain to be seen, but whether or not, with 100 million dollars in the first week worldwide, you know there is going to be a fourth movie.
If you look at my photo section you’ll see that I love photography. I have even gotten some of my photographs framed, but the problem with that is that I hate spending money getting it printed. Luckily my printer has pretty decent quality. I have a Canon i550 and I gotta tell you it was well worth the money I spent back in the day.
The ink cartridges are separate, so you don’t need to buy a whole new 30 dollar cartridge if you run out of a color. I recently found this website that offers ink really cheap. My ink is only 3.97 a cartridge, a lot less than anywhere else I’ve seen it. I’ve bought from inkers.biz in the past and they are really fast at getting your ink to you.
I’m tired. I was up all night working on stuff, and I didn’t get to bed until around 11 AM. I was woken up at 2PM because my girlfriend couldn’t get the internet working. Stupid cable company fucked up and cancelled it by mistake. I’m going to try and comment back today, but I am not sure yet. I’m waiting for a phone call then after that I might just throw in the towel and go to bed.
I set up a wishlist on thethingsiwant so I am hoping to switch that one with the Amazon I have up now. I have other stuff that needs to be done as well, but that’s going to have to wait as I have so much to do with school and stuff.
I’m always looking for new opportunities in the blogging field and last night my girlfriend introduced me to Bloggerwave. It is an up and coming blog for money program. It seems to be promising, as it is just starting out and there are a few opportunities you can take, and the outlook of more opportunities seem to be positive. I love movies. I think Spiderman 3 is probably the movie I’m most anticipating this year. I love Spiderman as you are probably well aware, but this movie is going to outdue them all. See as much as I love Spiderman, I love the villain Venom even more.
I grew up on Comic Booksand one of my all time favorite storylines was the Maximum Carnage one that Marvel did in the 90’s. It spanned across multiple Comics, it had practically every hero in the Marvel universe involved in some way, and it really let Venom shine as a character.
For those of you who don’t know, Venom was this muscle bound reporter before he got his powers. Topher Grace (That 70’s Show) is playing him. Now at first I was like how can they do that, but from what I have seen so far, they are taking it to where he is practically Spiderman’s equal and not this big steroid guy. That doesn’t destroy it for me though, I still love the character and I hope they do more with him than just Spiderman.

Virginia Tech students said, before the horrible events happened yesterday, that Cho Seung-Hui, the shooter in yesterday’s tragedy, that he would most likely end up as a school shooter, unknown to them, that later he would be one. Now it sucks what happened, but if police start knocking down everyone’s door that someone said could be a school shooter, then I might leave the country.
Someone a long time ago said I would be one, but that never happened and never will happen, because while I was a loner, I chose to be and had my own crowd that I hung with. So while I think they need to beef up security and stop these things before they happen, going to everyone who someone believes could be a school shooter would be a bit mundane.
