Resident Evil Revelations 2 is a survival horror game developed and published by Capcom. It was released in episodic format with the retail version being released on Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox, Xbox One, and Windows on March 20, 2015. A Playstation Vita version of the game was released on August 18, 2015 with a Nintendo Switch version releasing on November 28, 2017.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 is a great sequel to one of the best games in the series.
Episode 1
During a Terrasave party, employees Claire Redfield and Moira Burton are captured and taken to an island infested with mutated humans. They are being monitored via cameras and bracelets which record fear by someone known as the Overseer. After making their way across the island, they reach a radio tower and call for help.
Moira’s dad, Barry Burton, survivor of the mansion incident, receives the SOS and heads to the island. Upon arriving, he meets a little girl named Natalia Korda who can detect monsters before they attack. The two travel to the radio tower where Barry realizes the call was sent six months prior. Natalia then tells Barry that Moira is dead.
Episode 2
Claire and Moira aren’t the only ones who were taken from the party, they meet up at a pub with their co-workers Gabriel and Pedro. Over the radio the Overseer tell them they’ve been infected with a virus, T-Phobos, that responds to fear. Gabriel tells Claire of his plans to get off the island with a helicopter he plans to repair. The group is attacked and Pedro’s fear turns him into a monster. Their boss, Neil soon arrives and helps them escape. The group decides to head to the Overseer’s tower, but Neil opts to stay behind as a distraction to the monsters. Claire and Moira soon befriend Natalia, but she’s kidnapped when they are distracted by Gabriel’s helicopter crash.
Six months into the future, Barry is taken to the Overseer’s tower and learns that Natalia is an orphan who’s parents died in the Terragrigia incident. The tower is the last place Natalia saw Moira alive. In the tower they find a portrait of Albert and Alex Wesker. Alex, who’s now a monster then attack them.

Claire, why does this thing remind me of Pyramid Head?
Episode 3
Claire and Moira follow a note saying to meet Neil at a factory, but it was a trap. After escaping, the two make their way through the sewers to the tower, there they see Neil and Alex Wesker discussing how he abducted his employees for a sample of the Uroboros virus, with the intent of restoring the FBC. His plans fail when Alex injects him with the Uroboros making him into a monster, that Claire and Moira kill.
Half a year later, Barry and Natalia escape Alex and travel to safety as Barry recalls an event where Moira shot her sister Polly when they were playing with one of his guns. Barry blamed Moira, even though the fault was his and in doing so, the relationship between the two was strained. Even though Polly survived, Moira was afraid of guns ever since. Once they reach an old mine, Alex ambushes them and throws Barry into a Ravine. She goes to kill Natalia, but when she stares at Alex, Alex flees in fear.
Episode 4
With Neil dead, Claire and Moira make their way to confront Alex. They learn her true intentions to overcome fear and live forever, but she shoots herself in the head and it triggers a self destruct sequence forcing Claire and Moira to run. Alex’s fear in her last moments of life cause her to mutate again. Claire and Moira are trying to escape, but when Claire is trapped, Moira sacrifices herself to save Claire. Claire tells Barry that she couldn’t save Moira, but Barry doesn’t accept that and continues to search for her until he finds the island.
With Barry and Natalia reunited, the two make their way through mines before reaching Alex’s research facility. Alex taunts Natalia through her bracelet before the pair reach Alex. Alex mutates again when she injects herself with an Uroboros sample. Alex knocks out Barry and is about to kill Natalia when all of a sudden Alex is shot by Moira. The three manage to escape outside, but are soon cornered by Alex. Claire arrives in a helicopter and takes Alex out with a rocket launcher.
Once they are off the island, Natalia is living with Barry, but it seems that a bit of Alex may be inside of Natalia after all. Claire is informed that Chris is in China, where she responds “tell Piers to take care of him”.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 had two DLCs: Little Miss, and The Struggle. At the time of doing these DLCs, I also went back and did the Resident Evil 5 ones: Desperate Escape, Lost in Nightmares.
Little Miss
In Little Miss, you play as Natalia who’s in a dreamlike state and you have to avoid the monsters. Accompanying her is a Dark Natalia who can sense the monster’ presence and help Natalia sneak passed them. Dark Natalia eventually tells her that she will give in and will lose her body, with only Dark Natalia remaining. The dream ends right as Barry’s boat arrives at the island.
The Struggle
Before Barry arrives on the island, Moira is stuck on the island alone. She meets an old Russian man Evgny who is looking for his daughter. Along the way, he teaches Moira to survive. Eventually they find a letter from his daughter learning of her fate. He loses the will to live and locks himself in his home to die. Heartbroken, Moira leaves him alone and shows up just in time to save her father.
