I decided that since Girl of the Moment was a success, and I think it will only get bigger with time, I would try and do a Guy of the Moment. I just installed the WordPress plugin, Wordbook so let’s see if it works and plays nicely with Myspace’s plugin.
[Edit] Not only did it work, but it fixed some problems I was having with the Myspace plugin. Maybe the trouble I was having with both of these earlier today will be worth it? [/Edit]
I have started the one hundred pushups and two hundred situps exercise routines. I have just completed the first week and I am doing over fifty pushups total and over eighteen situps consecutively. When I took the initial test I was only able to do about eight pushups and two situps, so I think I am improving immensely. I do another test at the end of week two to see how I am coming along. I did 22 pushups consecutively today so I think by this time next week I can be in the upper column of 25 or more pushups total, which would be really nice.
We have a new Girl of the Moment. She had the most votes, and it was close there for a while, she actually pulled ahead in the last few days and it was still close, but in the end she got the most votes and won the competition. Congratulations Kelly.
I have been toying with the idea of Guy of the Moment since most of my visitors seem to be women, but I am not sure it would take off. What do you think, do you think a Guy of the Moment competition would be as popular as the Girl of the Moment one?
