Fucking Eggs

We were out at a barbeque at Alicia and Dave’s yesterday. As we are leaving about 1:30AM, we get to the car and find eggs on it. We called the police and filed a report. Of course nothing is ever going to come of it though, it was probably some stoned teenagers running around throwing eggs at random cars, probably the same one who was lighting off fireworks that we heard earlier in the night.

It took a good hour in 90 degree heat today to clean the car, and it still isn’t spotless. The worse part was one of my windows was cracked so it wasn’t an oven when we got back in there and an egg was forced in one side onto the passenger side of the car, so I had to clean the intererior too, which was a bitch.

Girl of the Moment Left 4 Dead

We have a new Girl of the Moment. I am really excited because this time, we got over 2000 combined votes. In fact first and second place alone were well over 1000 votes each. I wish I could gain that much attention to the site when I am not running some sort of contest, but I digress. We are still accepting entries in the Guy of the Moment Contest, so if your a guy, or you know a guy, sign him up.

In other news I downloaded the Left 4 Dead Survival pack yesterday. It is fun, but I wish Microsoft would allow Achievements to free content. Either way, it is a lot of fun, I just wish they would add all new campaign modes. It might be interesting to see a school, or football stadium full of zombies you must get by.

Texas, We’ll Fucking Kill You

Not everything in Texas is dumb, afterall they do have an express lane, but in recent weeks Texas has been saying that they want to secede from the Union. Now this isn’t the first time in American history that a state has tried to do this. Back in the 1800’s South Carolina tried to secede, and we had a war, we kicked the south’s ass and everyone came back together.

Now Texas, who if it weren’t for them we wouldn’t have ever had George W. Bush, wants to secede from the Union. If it weren’t for the fact that they are mainly to blame for getting us into this mess, and now they want to just run away because they don’t like the way things are being run, I wouldn’t care. I can say that if Texas does actually try to leave, we will kick their asses. We will surround their pathetic state with tanks and take every person out if we need to. We will kill everyone in Texas if necessary.

Need More Clients

Girl of the Moment voting is now open.

I’m hoping within the next week I will have a new Girl of the Moment up. Easter was good, we went to Alicia and Dave’s and ate a lot. We also got to watch Lakeview Terrace. It was a lot better than I thought. I need to actually sit down and start watching the movies I have. I think tomorrow I am going to check out Ten Inch Hero.

Work has picked up a bit. I have a new review to do and I have been talking to new clients, and things with MyJokeCafe has picked up a bit. I’m still not in the clear though. I am hoping to get a few more clients this week, but I don’t know how that is going to play out. We will see though.

Happy Easter 2009

Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate. Later today I will be at our friends Alicia and Dave’s so I won’t be around much. Need to get a haircut before that though. I was going to do a video, but I am not really feeling up to it, maybe tomorrow. Either way, Happy Easter.

Dear Dick Cheney

Dear Dick Cheney,

Shut the fuck up regarding Obama and his policies. Learn to be a Statesman and shut your hole.

That is all.

I Now Pronounce You Man and Guy

So Vermont has made it legal for two men or two women to get married. This of course comes after Iowa decided the same thing last week. I am all for gay rights, afterall if a man and woman can go to Vegas never meet before a drunken night and get married, then shouldn’t gay people have the same freedom? If it were up to me then gays would be allowed to be married in every state under federal law. I would actually give tax credits to gay people who get married in Texas, but maybe that is because I don’t like Texas, aside from the express lane to the death penalty. Afterall they did give us George W. Bush for eight years.

Updates, Site and Life

I am a few days ahead with the TGP. I’ve also randomized the updates so I just fill in a bunch and it is then randomized at midnight.

I’ve also began another round of the Girl of the Moment. So far I have three entries, which is pretty good, I just hope we have much more of a response when it comes to voting.

In other news I filled out the Fafsa. I suppose I am going back to school, not really sure yet. I need to go to Nassau and check out the classes and I suppose talk to a counselor. I think I am going to do that sometime next week. Who knows, I may be going to Nassau in the Fall. I am also going to apply to NYIT. I doubt I will be able to afford that though.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine Script Leak

There are reports that the Wolverine movie was leaked onto the web. While I haven’t seen it, I have read the an in depth synopsis. The developers claim that the movie will not be horrible, but the fanboys say that the movie is horrible. From what I’ve read it won’t be as bad as X-Men 3 or Spiderman 3, but it will be bad at certain points during the movie.

I won’t give anything away, I will just say that if they release the movie as is, it will be bad. It sucks because I thought they would have learned their lesson with X-Men 3. It looks like we may have to see if Hugh Jackman will and live up to his word and bow out of the X-Men franchise like he said he would if the fans didn’t like X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Getting the MicroSD to Work

So after a couple hours trying to figure out if my microSD card was working, I finally figured it out. It will not work with the camera attached to the computer, or the SD card plugged directly into the computer. What I have to do is plug it into my printer and then go to the allotted drive on the computer that is mapped to the printer. Unfortunately the pictures are much smaller than I thought they would be.

I found pictures of Lucy, Krissy, and me on the camera. That kind of caught me off guard. They are from Halloween, I thought Kris deleted them, but I guess not. It seems just like yesterday that we were hanging out around the fire pit, still can’t believe she’s gone.

Nets Vs Bucks

I went to the Nets game last night with my brother, sister in law and nephew. I will hopefully have pictures up sometime soon, but right now I don’t feel like hooking up my phone or the camera to the computer. The game sucked, Nets once Nets got down in the first quarter, it didn’t get any better. The seats we were in were amazing, and because of the seats and who owned them, we got special treatment and free food. We got to go under the bleachers to where the Nets Dancers locker room was and eat at a free buffet. Nothing beats free food and beer.

Before we got to the game I was playing my brother’s 360. Now I have played Call of Duty and Call of Duty 2 before, and didn’t really like them. Call of Duty: World at War, was really different from those games and I can see how people like it and Call of Duty 4. I can’t afford to pick up any game right now, I can’t even afford to pay the Xbox Live bill, but when I have some extra cash I may pick up a Call of Duty game, even if I have to wait until November for Modern Warfare 2. I just hope they have the zombies game play with it.

Games We’d Like to See on the XBox Live Arcade

XBox Live Arcade has tons of great games that you can download and play. No games peak my interest more than the ones that are remakes of games I loved as a kid. Here are some of the great games of yesteryear that I would love to see on the Xbox Live Arcade at some point in time.

Sonic and Knuckles- Sega Genesis’s sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog 3 that enabled lock on technology so that Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles could be played as one long game. Together, the two games created one of the best Sonic game for the system.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time- The sequel to the TMNT arcade game that was later ported to the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. We already have the original arcade game, why not the sequel?

X-Men Arcade Game- Six players simultaneously playing on a dual CRT ultra wide cabinet that was usually filled with players and spectators. It was hard to ever get close to the cabinet to watch the game, let alone play it.

Simpsons Arcade Game- Another game that was hard to get near in the 80’s and early 90’s. The game played much like the Ninja Turtles games, but two players had special abilities if the characters and situations were right.

Toejam and Earl- I’m not sure how popular this game was, but I remember playing it with my brother on the Sega Genesis. It was one of those games that just seemed stupid if you were playing it alone, but when playing with someone else, the split screen technology and open world was a crazy amount of fun for both. Just try and avoid the sequels.

Willy Beamish- This game puts you in the life of a nine year old whose just starting summer vacation. You have to solve puzzles and not annoy adults, otherwise they will ship you off to military school.

Sam and Max Hit the Road- With Sam and Max Season 1 coming to XBLA, it just seems like that Sam and Max Hit the Road would be the obvious predecessor.

What games would you like to see on the XBox Live Arcade?
