Do you know how women say “I love a man in uniform”? Well I may have found out why. Apparently Military Clothing has extra cushion in the butt region so that the person wearing it has a nicer ass. They are now taking this idea and putting it into dresses, pants, and shorts to make the butts look better. I guess one thing the war has taught us, if your going to die at least have your butt look good.
I’m trying to make some screenshots on Halo 3 so I can put them up here for wallpapers, but so far I haven’t figured out how yet. I’ve got this cool one of me on a Mongoose and explosions going on in the background, but I don’t know how to get them from the XBox to Bungie, so maybe later today I can have that figured out.
I’ve always joked and said that I would love to put a sign on my car saying lepslair, but I never thought about it seriously until I found a website that offered custom Signs at a low cost. It would be pointless to do it now, but in the future on my next car I might consider it, I mean I have seen people with websites on their cars and if I remember them I go to the site to see what it is, so why not right?
I have been playing Halo 3 on and off since 12:30 AM on Tuesday morning, so let me give you my official review.
The story picks up right after Halo 2 ended. In the campaign the enemies are smarter and tougher. They charge in formations so it is harder to take control of a sticky situation. But with new weapons such as the Mauler and the flamethrower, making those alien scum pay isn’t as hard as you’d think.
The story is fine and all, but the multiplayer is what put Halo 2 on the map. Halo 3 is no different. There’s new varients to games like territories and new game types like VIP. I haven’t been in any custom games yet, but I want to find out how a Halo 2 favorite, Zombies,n plays in the newly added built in edition known as Infection.
If you were on the fence about it back on the beta due to the graphics, don’t even worry about that. You wouldn’t even think that the Halo 3 multiplayer beta and Halo 3 were on the same system. The graphics are incredible, and as one of the main Bungie guys was talking about, the water looks absolutely amazing.
Just played my first match on Halo 3 and it owned. We lost, but I had 17 kills and the other guy had 23, this game is sweet. The second game went much better, we won and I have been playing ever since. I will definitely be putting a lot of hours in this game.
I have always wanted a real dog, all my life I have been surrounded by little dogs. A real dog as Jeff Dunham puts it is a dog that doesn’t jump when they bark. Even though they are on the small sidel, I have always liked English bulldogs. Something about them makes them so ugly, and yet so cute at the same time. I can’t really explain it. If we ever get a loan to get out of here, I might get one or two Bulldogs because UI just love the breed so much.
I am going to go to EB Games at around 11:30, I might pick up some water before hand so I can drink that tomorrow instead of soda. I haven’t gotten much sleep, but I still have every intention of giving you guys my impressions of the game tonight, and playing it until I pass out. From what I hear the campaign is short, but it is still great. It should be longer than the Gears of War campaign that I managed to plow through in about five hours or so.
My car is hanging on by a thread, well actually according to the mechanic a switch, literally. So I have been thinking, since the other loans don’t seem to be working out, that I might want to try for a Car Loan. Yes it would be more money, especially when I am the only one paying it back, along with the full coverage insurance I would need, but I might actually be able to get it considering that if I don’t pay the loan, they take the car. They give loans out easier if you put something up as collateral, and the other loans didn’t have anything, so maybe a Car Loan might help. After all I do need a car, and despite the extra money I would need to put out for insurance, it would be worth it to have a reliable mode of transportation, just in case something happens in New York or New Jersey and I need to go up there.
I have always loved Flash. I mean the previous splash page I had was done in Flash, and even the Matrix Has You graphic on my Matrix section was done in Flash. I don’t know much of it, but I have always wanted to learn more. Well now it seems like I might get to. I have an opportunity to learn Flash much like the same opportunity I had when I was learning PHP. So for the next couple of days and possibly weeks I will be trying to learn some of the more advanced things in Flash (I already know some of the basics).
I’ve been applying for loans left and right, but I have been denied left and right. I’m thinking about working with EZUnsecured. I might be able to get an Unsecured Line of Credit through them. The process is very easy, and if I am accepted then I will get the money fast. There’s no need to wait for all that paperwork the other companies seem to take months to complete. Plus from my experience so far, people have been extremely nice and helpful. I have very bad credit, due to some late payments a few years ago, so I will let you know how everything goes and if I have the loan or not.
I am going to try and mess up my sleeping schedule tonight as much as I can. Maybe I will go to sleep around 11AM tomorrow and then take a nap tomorrow after I wake up, so I can be fully rested for my Haloathon on Tuesday. I don’t think I will be staying up for 24 hours playing, but I want to get as much playtime in as I can on Tuesday, without stopping. I know this may sound strange to a lot of you, but I am doing this so I can get it out of my system and be able to work and blog, and not have to look at the 360 and want to play.
I like to learn. The job I have now, I mainly took because I could take it and learn while working. One day I would love to get certified in Networking or A+. Computer hardware has always fascinated me so a certificate in one of those would definitely pique my interest. I’ve looked into it and I found a CCNA certification training program that seems to be pretty good. It would cost me some money, but I wouldn’t have to sit through english and math, I could go right through to the networking aspect and get right into how to network computers and make sure that they are secure, so as to not get any hackers breaking through the system.
